Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isles Kissimmee

We are Hilton Gold members and will be staying at the Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isle Kissimmee for a wrestling tournament. I made reservations four months in advance in anticipation of our trip. We have a unique situation with two rooms and wanted to make sure the reservation was as I made it online so I called to speak to someone on site who could verify. I spoke to Lou from St. Louis, a manager, and he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but friendly,, very helpful, and quick. First he listened to what my concerns were, then looked everything up to verify it was indeed as I had made it. Lou from St. Louis was a joy to talk to what I thought was going to be a stressful phone call.

The place was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One particular gentleman who worked the guard shack always said welcome home when we drive through the gate. This made us feel important. The overnight workers were also helpful, helping out whenever needed very nice cozy. Warm feeling like home. They also provided a thanksgiving breakfast , which was really neat.

This resort is pretty freaking good for the price. Always well maintened and nicely decorated for Christmas. Rooms are really big. I would call this place like condos because its not like a hotel. We truly enjoy staying here and its only 10-15 min drive from the theme parks. Its near gas stations, target, Walmart and Publix. Landscaping is always on point. You will definitely not find a piece of paper anywhere on the floor. Staff here does a really good job year round. I once left a bag here and they mailed it to me with nothing missing. We highly recommend staying here. Always quiet during the day and night aswell.

We needed a place close to my granddaughter's aviation classes. Our room was large with lots of space. The two bathrooms made it easy for the three generations of women to get ready in the morning. We appreciated the spacious kitchen, because we cook a lot. The grounds are lovely with lots if tropical plants. Anything we needed was just a text away. We really enjoyed our stay.

We checked out yesterday after a great five night stay at Polynesian Isles. I requested a ground floor room due to mobility issues and it was ready when we arrived at 4 PM on Sunday. The location is perfect- super close to Disney and there’s a Publix right down the road. My only complaints are that there’s no assigned parking so we had to park multiple buildings away at times, and the shower smelled of mildew. Otherwise, it was clean, spacious, and convenient. Carlos kept us updated via text on events happening at the resort and Susana offered some suggestions of things to do when we checked in. We didn’t use many of the amenities like the pool/hot tubs, sport courts, or laundry but it was nice having the option if we wanted to. Overall, the resort exceeded my expectations for the price and I would definitely stay here again!

Ever since I've found this place I come here every year. Some times twice a year. Courteous and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and nice. It's an apartment with kitchen, dining area, and his and hers sinks in the 2 bedroom suites. I'll be back

Just a Great and Clean hotel. The manager on duty Lou, went above and beyond to address a concern I had. Everyone at this place was so nice and friendly I cannot say enough to all of the great things about here, I will definitely be back the next time Im in Orlando!!

I first want to mention by name the two exceptional employees working at your hotel Josue and A'naia. They were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. Josue was very accomodating when he changed our room from the second floor to the first floor as my husband was unable to climb the stairs due to recent knee surgery. A'naia was able to program on our phone an easier route to the airport based on the fact that there had been an accident on route 4 which helped us to avoid the situation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The price was reasonable. It was our best stay yet and we will definitely be returning in the future.
